The CBMi Education (CBMiEd) group provides numerous informatics educational opportunities to the Children's Hospital by highlighting innovations and issues in multiple areas of healthcare informatics, clinical informatics, nursing informatics, translational informatics, and bioinformatics. The group produces multiple events throughout the academic year and incorporates web-based and multimedia learning into several comprehensive curricula. Each speaker series focuses on a specific area of biomedical informatics. These are outlined below.
